Ann's Bio

My real estate career has spanned thirty years. During this time I have earned a good living, made many friends and served countless buyers and sellers. Along the way, I earned a Broker’s license and a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, as well as serving the Realtor organization on the state and local levels as a Director and an Officer. In 1997, I was honored as Albuquerque Board of Realtors Salesperson of the Year.
Despite my long years in this business, I have kept up with the many changes that have affected our industry. The most exciting changes have been the advent of the internet and the rapid advances in technology. These tools have allowed both buyers and sellers to research Albuquerque area housing before actively entering the market. Needless to say, an informed consumer makes my job easier.
